Chrissy Teigen marks the first anniversary of her son’s death: ‘Life is a miracle’

Chrissy Teigen mourned the loss of her son Jack by sharing a heartbreaking and never-before-seen photo of the hospital a year later his death.

The snap shows Teigen crying while tucked into her hospital bed as her husband John Legend comforts her, placing his hand delicately on her leg as they mourn their loss together.

“And the son we almost had. A year ago you gave me the biggest pain I could ever imagine to show me that I could survive anything, even if I didn’t want to,” the 35-year-old Sports Illustrated model said, captioned your Instagram post Tuesday.

He continued: “I didn’t get to take care of you, but you came and went so that he would love me and take care of me because our bodies are precious and life is a miracle.”

Teigen expressed how things have not gotten less painful with the passage of time.

“They told me it would be easier, but yeah, that hasn’t started yet. Mom and Dad will love you forever,” he said.

Friends and fans of the couple commented on the post to show their support as she and Legend, 42, mourned their son.
