He was also charged with four counts of violating the Mann Law related to the interstate transportation of a victim to New York to engage in illegal sexual activities and her exposure to an infectious venereal disease without her knowledge.

Kelly has pleaded not guilty and denied any crime, but will now be sentenced on May 4 and faces decades behind bars.
