How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouses will be shipped depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our Offshore warehouse are shipped through IPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

NO. Currenctly We do not provide International shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. Within 5 to 8 days you’ll have your items delivered.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.


Order cancellation

  •  You’ve the option to cancel the order only in case when  you placed the order and supplier is yet to confirm the order. The supplier gets 48 hours to process the order.
  • Also, when the product is delivered to the buyer, the buyer has the option to arrange for a return within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The return will be done as long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
  • Once the return is scheduled by the buyer, we will get the pick up done from the buyer.



  • Once the cancellation is done by the buyer, we initiate the refund within 3-4 working days. The customer will receive the refund in his bank account within 10 working days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
