London Stadium tonight hosts West Ham’s first European home game since 2006.
Austria’s Rapid Vienna are the visitor to East London as the Hammers look to build on their impressive opening win over Dinamo Zagreb.
Goals from Michail Antonio and Declan Rice saw David Moyes’ team triumph 2-0 in the Croatian capital a fortnight ago, making the perfect start to life in Group H.
West Ham has since recovered very well from Mark Noble’s painful last-gasp penalty foul against Manchester United, winning at Old Trafford in the Carabao Cup before scoring late to beat Leeds in the Premier League last time out. .
Rapid Vienna, by contrast, are second in the Austrian Bundesliga after a dismal start to the season and were beaten at home by Genk in their first group stage match.
Moyes has made seven changes to tonight’s game with Brentford’s visit in mind this weekend.
